Journey into the sacred land of Sedona, Arizona, where magnified frequencies of energy, known as vortexes, can help create a sense of calm in one's mind, and help to open up the centers of energy within oneself.  During this four day, three night retreat, participants will unwind and reconnect with a daily morning active yoga and meditation practice, evening systematic relaxation (yoga nidra) with sound healing meditation, an afternoon vortex tour with guide Mark Griffon, Reiki (energetic) healing, hiking, journaling, and deep introspection.  

This extended weekend will be held at Sedona Mago retreat center located on a stunning, 163-acre stretch of land in the high Arizonan desert, 4,500-feet above sea level.  All meals are provided and are pesco-vegetarian, healthy, and delicious.  The guest rooms are casita style, each with it's own full bathroom, mini refrigerator and air conditioning/heat.

Double Occupancy (two double beds):

$850 if paid before January 15, 2018 // $900 thereafter

Single Occupancy:

$1050 if paid before January 15, 2018 // $1100 thereafter

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 days or more in advance: participant will receive a refund minus the $250 deposit

Cancellation within 30 days of retreat: participant will not receive a refund unless spot is filled
